To provide a sense of comfort for all attendees to the Halberg Games, and in the interest of ensuring that as many young people as possible attend, the Halberg Foundation will commit to refunding 100% of registration costs should Covid levels be raised or lockdown occur.
Registrations are now open for athletes for the 2021 Halberg Games, a national three-day sports competition for physically disabled young people at King's College in Auckland from 23-25 April.

The Halberg Games is a highlight on the calendar of the athletes and families who attend. Halberg is proud to host an event that provides competition, camaraderie and sporting pathways, coupled with opportunities to connect with other people with similar impairments, in a positive, supportive and inclusive environment.
The Halberg Foundation is looking forward to hosting the 2019 Halberg Games on 11-13 October at King’s College in Auckland. As you may be aware there have been a high number of measles cases reported in the last month, with a majority in the Auckland region. At this stage, the Ministry of Health has recommended event organisers do not cancel events such as concerts, sports events, festivals, or other public congregations. However, organisers are asked to liaise closely with their local DHBs and public health units for the latest advice.
